Below you will find all information about the reimbursement of your treatment at Nedanza. We recommend reviewing your policy terms before starting at Nedanza.
If you are insured with one of these contracted insurers in 2026, you will not receive an invoice from Nedanza for the care provided.

We submit your appointments directly to your insurer. The insurer reimburses the care directly to us. Because we are a contracted provider, there is usually no personal contribution for the care provided. However, the insurer will charge you the mandatory deductible (eigen risico).
If you start your treatment and you are insured with one of the insurers we do not have a contract with, you may need to request approval from your insurer before starting treatment. It is your own responsibility to verify this. We therefore advise you to carefully read your policy terms.
See below for details about the reimbursement of your treatment per insurance group.
You will receive an invoice for the care we have provided. You must submit this invoice to your insurer for reimbursement. Your insurer will deduct an amount for the deductible and/or personal contribution. When submitting a declaration form, the withheld personal contribution may be eligible for a courtesy waiver. The deductible is at your own expense.
We can submit the invoices for your treatment directly to VGZ. VGZ deducts any personal contribution from the reimbursement and pays the remaining amount directly to us. We provide a courtesy waiver for the personal contribution. VGZ may send you an invoice for the deductible you owe.
If you wish to pay for care out of pocket, or your care is only partially reimbursed, you can consult the website of the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZA). Using their rate finder, you can look up the nationally established rate for each care service.
